Hello, thank you for visiting our Blog !

We have decided to share our private cabin with you in hopes that you will have as much fun as we have enjoyed over the years.

We are located 110 miles north of the Twin Cities or 50 miles south of Duluth just off Hwy #35 at the Sturgeon Lake exit. The cabin is on the southeast side of Sturgeon Lake surrounded by majestic white pines. The large windows let you enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and the balcony offers fabulous evening sunsets! There is a beautiful sandy beach with a gradual decline into the lake. Fishing for walleye, northern sunfish, and bass is always a great way to enjoy yourself in this 1540 acre lake. Other activities include; Willard Munger bike trails which lead from Hinckley to Duluth. Recreational water sports are abundant. General Andrews State Forest is accessible for ATV's. Sightseeing and shopping in Duluth are another fun option. There is also craft shops to visit in near by Moose Lake. For you golfers bring your clubs along! A 30 min drive will give you several golf course options.
